About

I’ve worked in health and social care for over 25 years. I believe passionately in trying to support people to take control of the system around them and make their own choices. But I know this is easier said than done, especially when lots of the people involved in someone’s life believe they know best. But with hope and stamina and a little bit of knowledge of the system, things can change, and people do achieve what they want.

I have expertise in working with a wide range of groups within adult social care, particularly in mental health, dementia, neurology, epilepsy, complex needs, and learning disability, and in a wide range of settings from hospitals to care homes to home care and the community.

So whether you’re looking for someone to help you think about something new, improve something you’re already doing, or transform something which just isn’t working any longer, then please get in touch
